Some of the loops to hang the crystals in were bent and we had to make our ownA bit disappointed but it works, it’s nice looking and I was too lazy to pack it back up and return it.This is such a cute light but it was missing parts and also there is no way to make it absolutely flush with the ceiling. Cheaply made.I just turned a bedroom into a home office and this just set the room off. The base was simple to install and I took over from there once it was done. The directions were easy to follow IF you are not a person that just dumps everything at once and figure it out later. It is gorgeous. I have good taste!! I used 40 watt HD LED Refresh daylight bulbs, but that is my own preference. It takes 4.Gorgeous light but a pain to hang. The light is absolutely beautiful and I love the way it looks in my entryway. I would purchase again due to the way it looks!It did give my husband and father in law a very difficult time when hanging it and it took longer to hang than any other light fixture that I’ve ever purchased.
